does it mean the Sept 07 bulleting may have some cut-off dates ?
What it could be for EB3 India ? Not beyond the Jun 03' as published in Jun 07 VB i guess ?

AP: You send photos for AP along with supporting documents
EAD: You will get a FP notice, you will be pictured at ASC for your EAD.

We just received the ASC notice for biometric notice. The date they provided is the same date where we have an appointment in Mexico US Consulate.

Any experience for re-scheduling the biometric appointment. We would like the appointment to be earlier.

given the priority date and the processing dates i want to understand how the uscis will process our applications

now the Nebraska service center is processing June 8, 2008. so based on the priority date it is processing all the applications that are current and have been filed before June 8th. Now let us say they take an application and start processing it and suddenly the PD goes back and I am not current any more - what do USCIS do. Do they just stack it back or what do they do. any thoughts.

1..I would like to know if an employer revokes 140, and if the AC21 is not submitted at the time of NOID...how many days are given by USCIS?

Is it 30 days?

2..If I go to another emplyer and try to do interfile, still I need to file AC21?
And if the new category is EB2(my old application is EB3), still is that ok?

For eg..EB3 title is system analyst, and if I want to go for Eb2 then which could be more apprepriate..?Senior SYSTEM ANALYST

you are nobody to the middle vendor and he has no contract or anything with you. Whether he pays your employer or not is none of your business... it is for those two to figure out.

Legally your employer has to pay you whether he is getting paid or not. If you want that $$$ complain against your employer before he closes the shop and files bankruptcy.

there is no 140 processing update from texas... any idea why or what is the update??

I-140 doesn't belong to the employee. Period.

Then ownership of I-140 needs to change as well. Maybe this is something we could all work in the long term.... and not an immediate goal at this time. Of'course this will need help from everybody on the forums. Something like this is sure to help all of us.

No, you do not need to go out of US if the I-797 (H1-B approval) comes with an I-94 card.

I am trying to schedule a visa appointment date and VFS website doesn't show any consulate except chennai!! can somebody please let me know what should be the reason? Last week, I was able to see Mumbai and Chennai and now Mumbai is gone! Is this because no appointments dates are available or something wrong with the website. Ah, that won't really be possible unfortunately by applying it directly to Frame. The Frame is basically a window through which you view the world (XAML pages loaded into it). It has no real control over what gets loaded - it is only a spectator.

What you can do is specify a transition effect on each XAML that plays when that page loads. The end result is that tour frame will display a transition effect, but that transition effect would have been entirely defined in the page that gets loaded instead of having it live on the single page containing the Frame.

Applied for 140 transfer TSC June 2007. Have not heard anything since, I mean absolutely nothing. Is this due to the backlog?? I am starting to get worried as I checked my status and all it says is, the received date and that when there is update they will let us know.

Did any of you apply 140 transfer in TSC around that time? Any news on those? Any case that it could've been lost?

Big question to the experts is, what do I do to make sure they are working on it and my application is in queue.

Here is something we really should watch closely. US senate race in Massachusetts between Democrat Coakley and Republican Brown. They are fighting for the vacant seat of Hon. Late Senator Ted Kennedy. Now, people would think, why a race in mass. matter? It's a completely blue state, and had no republican senator in last 40 yrs, obviously a democrat would win. The election is on tuesday and the ground reality seems to suggest something else.

This seat is crucial for President and Democrats as it is the much coveted 60th seat in the senate to get a filabuster-proof majority which democrats have enjoyed so far. It is critical for healthcare reform as well as for immigration reform (if at all it comes).

The gap between both the candidates was narrow with democrat leading but today, for the first time, polls indicate that Brown has taken lead over Coakley. People in this blue state seem to increasingly support Brown, mainly frustrated because of healthcare policies. Mass residents already have a healthcare related tax to help run state's universal health care. On top of that, federal health overall would be adding more taxes on people and people fear that they will end paying both. Already, mass is a very high tax state. So, there is an increasing popularity to tax-related fiscal conservative campaign run by Brown.

This is surely gonna be a nail-biter; so let's wait and watch this one. Election is coming tuesday.
