The quality sucks (I have a Motorola V710 w/1MP camera - it is at best slightly worse than the 1MP point and shoot Epson I had in 1997) and has less than zero low light capability... but I carry my phone everywhere.... int he upper right of my blog (http://threefourfive.com) is a secion called moblog that has the latest photo I've sent to my blog - you can click on that and get to a gallery of all the photos I've sent to it (videos too)... it's only 8 clicks to send a photo and have it auto posted to my blog... nice for super quick snapshots of my kid or something for my mom to see.

Please, the date does not mean what it should mean. Otherwise nobody can explain the fact that this date can go backwards. For TSC, it went back from May 24 to April 10.


The processing date listed is the received date of the oldest case that they have not adjudicated or pre-adjudicated yet (maybe due to some problem). It does not mean that cases filed after April 2007 are or will not be adjudicated.

I submitted RFE with all necessary documents from my side everything is ok...
i got an email that my docs recieved and rfe docs recieved...
thats it nothing recieved after that and my pd is current next month

My H1B extension got denied, I have n't got the denial notice yet. Can someone please advice what options do i have with out going out of status? and how long i can stay in this country?. My current I94 expired in sept 2009.

My situation was same. Upon getting denial notice me and my employer talked to Murthy and on there suggestion we filed a fresh extension petition with all documents. We filed under premium processing and I got approved H1B with I-94 in 10 days.

I suggest you to consult with a highly recognized immigration lawyer and based on your denial reasons act accordingly.
You can also appeal against denial, but then you can't work and there is no premium processing in appeal. You might have to wait for many a days.

Consulting with a lawyer will help you my friend. Good luck.

Visa numbers WERE available July 2nd!!
We have confirmed with a knowledgeable official in the Department of State Visa Office that USCIS was requesting visa numbers on Sunday July 1st, and Monday morning July 2nd - and that visa numbers were still being issued as late as the morning of July 2nd!

In fact, close to 30,000 visa numbers were requested and issued in July - through the morning of July 2nd. And we believe that many - if not most - of the requests made in the first two days of July were for applicants whose priority dates were not current in June!

So how can USCIS refuse to accept I-485 filings received BEFORE the State Department issued its notice that all visa numbers had been used???? We have not yet confirmed the return of any I-485s filed in July. But we do know that applications were reaching the USCIS before the State Department announcement - and while the USCIS was frantically working to use up the entire year's allocation.

Historically, the USCIS doesn't request a visa number from the Department of State until it is ready to grant the adjustment of status application. US Consuls overseas request visa numbers the month before they intend to issue the immigrant visa. This is the reason why consuls return about ten percent of the visa numbers requested - and why USCIS does not generally return any numbers.

In fact, in making allocations of visa numbers, the Department of State factors in an expected return rate for consuls - but not for the USCIS. And the USCIS - before this June - used about 85% of the total immigrant visa numbers available.

However, already this month, the USCIS has been returning visa numbers. This confirms our earlier suspicion that the only way the USCIS could request 68,000 visa numbers in a matter of weeks was to request them in advance of adjudicating cases.

We believe USCIS exhausted the visa numbers by simply requesting them - not by using them. If so, and for reasons we will post shortly, we believe that over 30,000 visa numbers requested by USCIS will go unused - and will be wasted this year!

If you entered on AP your status is AOS/EAD,you can transfer your H1 but you can't be on H1 status unless and until you go out of the country and enter on H1.

It was struggle with my wife;thanks God she got the EAD more than a year ago. Therefore she is working now and a little happier. I am also OK in my current work. The problem is that I have missed more than 4 job offers that would allow further career growth and potential much better rewards.

Since my wife couldn't work, we had a baby back then.

Tell me, which country in Europe are you from ? I have a very good friend of mine who is Italian. By the way, if you are in the Seattle, WA area, feel free to come over and join us. We get together for good wine, lasagna, "churrasco", etc pretty much every weekend with our Italian friends. The way I see it, is that while we wait for this insane visa bulletin advancement, at least we should allow ourselves to drink a good wine and eat nicely :-)

He is much more in favor of Europe and since I have EU passport we can basically live anywhere and he would be able to work the next day :D I feel like I have put so much effort into this by now that I'm not walking away this close. not sure what your situation is with credit cards, I mean, what is the amount of credit limit you ahve.

watch out for the offes inthe mail for LIFE TIME balance transfers. generally you could call them and negotiate the APR they offer, based on my experience.

BUt keep in mind, b4 U jump in to all this banks here CAN rescind the offer anytime for any reason (when you are late even one month, etc) although there was a law that has passed recently by Obamas administration that they gave more protection to consumers.

lastly crunch some numbers, i know 13 % is high but at the same time its in Rupees Vs Dollars, so do some number crunching of intersest payment in dollards Vs rupees...good luck

Is there any way to know if employer has revoked your 140. I have an approved 140 & pending 485. After filing 485 I left my company before completing 180 days. Its more than 9 months since I left my employer. Will the status change on USCIS web if 140 was revoked.
