The size of neither HDD has any effect on the outcome, only the size of the actual backup. If you have a backup of 150GB, then it will take roughly 150GB on the 320GB HDD and the other 170GB will be there for you to use.

I've lost several relatives to cancer.

More recently I was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2002 (lost 6" of it), suffered through months of chemo, but came out OK, then in 2004 found out my Gallbladder burst, OK so the Appendix went also, then to top everything off the cancer came back and invaded my liver. In 2005 I lost over 75% of my liver in a 9 hour operation. I'm just now beginning to fully recover and my liver is almost back to it's original size I'm just grateful to be alive.

I Fold so others may not have to endure what I have, and Kudos to all those that do. I also try to spread the word and get everyone I know who has a computer to do also.

You have to use something like Dynamic DNS to help you find your network from the outside world and you also have to forward the correct ports on your router.

If all this sound foreign to you, you might find it much easier to use a service like logmein.com, which needs no additional configuration.

On a fully updated install of 10.4.3 on my latest rev iBook, I have never seen myspace freeze. I was going to use firefox until I found out that when I visited myspace in firefox CPU usage spiked. For some reason it doesn't do that in safari, so until that changes, I'm staying with safari.

But the point of all this was, I have no problems at all on safari.

I do not have WMP installed, therefore I get that plugin not found message, I just hit cancel, never once has myspace frozen on me.

That's probably why it's not frozen on you. The lack of the WMP plug-in doesn't cause nearly as many problems for any browser as it might. Firefox, Shiira, Safari, Camino--they all do it--since it's one place for all plug-ins on Mac OS X.

If I go to the profile pages of almost any of the Filipinos, they have literally hundreds of videos, one in each comment and they all play at once. It's possible to turn the things off or to stop the behaviour through settings but apparently, anything goes and if they don't see it, it's not happening. :eek:

So, I guess Windows needs to update their XP background then, huh?

Anyways, that doesn't apply at all to anyone international. eyemac, no don't worry about it :) I'd prefer to keep offers to PM just for privates sake but I will comment that I'm looking for a little more because I still lose a few dollars there, and I really don't want to lose any money. I'm seeing them go for $450-$550 on eBay so that would be optimal but I don't expect that here, of course.

I'd think expecting to get $550 is overly optimistic. eBay might be your best bet, people on here tend to be informed and aren't willing to overpay.

i would go with the g5 imac. prob the 20" if you are going to be doing loads of photoshop etc. the imac does have line out etc.

i second the jbl creatures, i have a set of the silver ones and the sound quality is really good.

also, how do you know there is going to be g5 powerbooks in the next 6 months?

Can you have a screen protector on the ipod touch and still use the mophie case?

Great post. This worked just fine for downgrading my iPod Touch 4g from 4.2.1 to 4.1. You probably should mention that the person needs to edit their hosts file or else it will fail when verifying the restore with iTunes.

Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ and locate �hosts� file.
Open this �hosts� file in Notepad and add this "74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com".

I would of added Mac instructions but unfortunately iReb isn't available for Mac yet.
