The more I think about it, the more it seems the DS was actually the "revolution" Nintendo was promising. It's pretty much the gaming platform right now, dominates sales charts on each continent etc... It was Nintendo's first steps towards bringing in the non-gamer, the Wii is more like the exclamation point to the DS's first sentence. The Wii really is just a console DS in so many ways. To sell almost 7 million units in the 5 months it has been out is incredible, especially given the lack of games, online play, HD etc. Looks like a console DS to me! It's like the NES or PS1 all over again.

In my experience, they show you a video about how great it is to work in retail and then make you do some dumb role playing exercises and then you go home and never hear from them again.

I have a new iPod Nano 16gb and I want to keep the backlighting on I like to see what song is playing. I can't seem to locate the option like on previous iPods am I able to do that?

At my college we're upgrading an Xserve G5 (RackMac3,1) to be a file server for some courses. Currently it has one sled with a 75GB drive. Obviously, this isn't enough.

I've tried some Googling on this matter and I'm hearing a ton of different stuff - custom firmware, size issues, etc. So, for anyone who knows, what's the actual lowdown on this machine. We want to put in three 2TB drives using three standard sleds, replaced with third-party drives. Is this possible?

I have a 23" and haven't had any problems with it. I have seen some pink ones in the store, but mine has been fine. Even if you got one and it was pink, just calibrate it and you should be fine.

I'm trying to unlock a new iPhone 4 on the latest OS and baseband. I've seen the Gevey Turbo Sims on eBay but do they really work? If anyone here has experience with this type of unlock, please chime in. Thank you kindly.

Howdy. I have a Logitech G5, Logitech G9, and Razer Lachesis. I love 'em all but none has a Mac driver. :(

Do you use a laser mouse? If so, which do you use?

(I don't game, but the higher sensitivity works nicely for larger screen resolutions and some graphic design)

Thx!The problem isn't necessarily a mac driver, but Apple's Acceleration Curve. It works perfectly with Apple Mice, but not so much with other's. Now assuming that your issue is tracking issue and not customizable buttons, then my solution will work for you. Download USB overdrive and install it. If I remember correctly, you will have to restart your mac after installation. Now their is a free and a paid version, the free will work just fine. After installation, you can change the settings under system preferences -> USB Overdrive.

In the picture below, you will see two sliders. I find it helpful to have the top slider near the far right, and the bottom slider near the far left. I believe I also set the mouse speed (found in the normal mouse settings) around the middle, but you can set it anywhere.

As far as mice with mac drivers, I recently purchased the Logitech wireless m510. I am normally picky when it come to mice, but I do enjoy using it. After installing the logitech driver and uninstalling USB Overdrive, the mice works nicely. I've only had it for a few days, but I love it.
