Anushka Sharma looked stylish and chilled leaving PVR, Mumbai late Saturday evening, July 2 after taking in Transformers 3.

The movie may have been panned by critics, but, our 23-year-old Band Baaja Baaraat girl seemed to have thorougly enjoyed it.

Anushka rocked black skinny jeans and a white top with Roman Rebel emblazoned on it.

She accessorized with black and white zebra stripe thong flats, white strap watch in her left arm, stud earrings, long necklace with an imposing giraffe pendant, and a ring each on both her ring fingers.

Her long brown hair were casually let down and she wore a no makeup look.

Our photog caught up with her as she was leaving the theater with a group non-filmy male friends.

She is reportedly taking a break from Ranveer Singh, who reportedly has the hots for Sonakshi Sinha.

Also spotted leaving the the theater were Kay Kay Menon and Shirish Kunder. The two of them watched Delhi Belly.

Anushka showed no signs of her eight hour ordeal at the Mumbai airport on Monday on her return from Toronto after attending IIFA 2011.

Zareen Khan wants to make sure she gets noticed in Housefull 2, which also has a houseful ensemble cast of ten leading actors.

Being young and beautiful, which Zareen is, always ensures you get noticed, but if you want to drop jaws, being also well toned and svelte does it.

As we reported earlier, Zareen, 27, has been hitting the gym regularly since she signed on for a cameo in Ready.

In the currently filming Housefull 2 she is up against two other female leads, Jacquline Fernandez and Asin, so she is sticking with her fitness regiment under Yasmin Karachiwalla.

The star, who went from a whopping 100 kg to her current 57kg, gives all credit to her gym instructor and pilates teacher Yasmin Karachiwalla.

Zareen says Yasmin put her through a military style boot camp to help her get in shape.

"Every morning, I do pilates for an hour and weight training thrice a week with Yasmin Karachiwalla. I also do some swimming and jogging and eat every two hours to increase my metabolic rate –Sweets and fried food are strict no's."

With impressive results showing Zareen is even more encouraged to train harder –

"In the next few months, results will be even more visible," adds Zareen.

Salman Khan's romance thriller Ek Tha Tiger and Akshay Kumar's laugh riot Housefull 2 will release the same day on June 1 2012.

Both YRF and Sajid Nadiadwala announced the release date of their respective productions, Ek Tha Tiger and Housefull 2, on July 1.

Directed by Sajid Khan, Housefull 2 additionally stars Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Mithun Chakraborty, John Abraham, Riteish Deshmukh, Shreyas Talpade, Asin, Zarine Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Shazahn Padamsee.

The film is currently under production with the first schedule underway in London.

Nadiadwala syas he is just keeping up the Housefull (2010) franchise tradition by releasing its sequel on the first Friday post the IPL-2012.

"We are very happy to announce that Housefull 2 will release on the 1st June next year. NGE has had a longstanding equation with cricket which has always proved lucky for us and we hope the next year is no exception," said Nadiadwala.

YRF production Ek Tha Tiger, directed by Kabir Khan, additionally stars Katrina Kaif. Filming will begin in end July.

UTV has officially announced that their film Heroine, headlining Aishwarya Rai, has been dropped because of Aishwarya's pregnancy.

The film was announced with much fanfare at the Cannes Film Festival on May 13.

The film began production on June 7 in Mumbai.

On June 20, Amitabh Bachchan announced over Twitter that Aishwarya, 37, and Abhishek Bachchan, 35, are expecting their first child together.

A press statement released by UTV today states:

"At this point nothing is more important than Aishwarya's well being and good health. In that context, we have all mutually agreed that the best step would be to avoid shooting further rather than proceeding with an incredibly demanding schedule over the coming months. Even as we will truly miss this opportunity to work with Aishwarya, the entire unit wishes her the very best for the exciting time ahead."

According to Mid Day, Aishwarya is five months pregnant and director Madhur Bhandarkar is not prepared to take any chances.

A ten day schedule for the film has already been shot and special sets erected. As a result, cancellation of the project will entail losses for co-producers UTV and Madhur Bhandarkar.

Salman Khan intervened to stop disruption of Katrina Kaif's shoot for a deodorant commercial at Mehboob Studios in Mumbai.

Members of FWICE (Federation of Western India Cine Employees) stopped the shoot because Katrina hasn't signed on as federation member; the busy star hasn't had the time to complete the registration formalities.

The disruption left Katrina visibly upset; word about the incident quickly traveled to Salman Khan who intervened on her behalf.

Salman spoke to federation members and assured them that Katrina would complete the registration process, and they allowed the shoot to continue.

Dinesh Chaturvedi, President-FWICE says, "We didn't halt the shoot, but we wanted to know why Katrina still isn't a member of our organization. I understand she has a busy schedule, but it doesn't take that long to finish the formalities. Every one from Amitabh Bachchan to Shah Rukh Khan has registered with us."

Acknowledging Salman's intervention, Chaturvedi said:

"I did get a call from Salmanbhai saying that the needful will be done. I am speaking only for the benefit of the actors who aren't registered. Since Katrina is the only big star who doesn't have the card, we wanted to know how we could help her out."

According to Chaturvedi, registration costs just Rs 600, but comes with an insurance of Rs 2 lakh with coverage that extends to shoots outside the country.

Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma will headline Yash Chopra's upcoming romance drama, producers Yash Raj Films (YRF) announced on Monday, June 27.

Katrina Kaif will be paired with Shah Rukh Khan for the first time; Anushka Sharma debuted in Bollywood opposite Shah Rukh in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, also produced by YRF.

YRF earlier announced that Gulzar will pen the lyrics and Oscar winner AR Rahman will score its music.

Giving an insight into his vision for the film, Yash Chopra says:

"It's been 7 years since I directed Veer-Zaara and as I begin work on my new film I hear my inner voice asking me a lot of questions. Are you sure you want to direct again, you are nearly 80 years old and the audience is getting younger day by day. Can I really speak from my heart and still expect today's youth to listen to me? Will I be able to live up to the blind faith that Shahrukh Khan has in me and give him yet another memorable romantic film? Will I be able to present the beautiful Katrina Kaif and the very talented Anushka Sharma in a way they have never been seen before? Will I be able to inspire Rahman and Gulzar Bhai enough to create their best work yet?

The honest answer is… I DON'T KNOW! All I know is that I'm making a film that I believe in, a film that is about love and nothing else. A film which has an old soul but a young heart. A film which is classic in its look but contemporary in its language. A film which I'm making on one simple faith... the love that my audiences have given to me over the years. They have tolerated my indulgences for the past 50 years, I'm sure they will indulge me one more time."

The tentative date for the film's release: Diwali 2012.

Sajid Nadiadwala has confirmed that Shirish Kunder directed Kick, headlining Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha, will begin production in November.

"My production house is just like Salman's own. We start on November 18. We will be shooting in Mumbai and South Korea. The other details are fast being worked out," Mumbai Mirror quoted Sajid as saying.

Sajid's statement puts to rest all rumors of Salman not showing enough interest in the film due to differences with the producer over remunerations.

There were rumors that Kick will be made in 3D, but there is no confirmation from the producer or director as yet.

The film is a remake of Kick (2009), a Telugu action romance drama directed by Surender Reddy, starring Ravi Teja. Its a story of a man who loves challenges in life and does things to get a kick out of them.

Salman, 45, will play a cop and he will be trained by French action expert Philippe Guegan for the action sequences in the film.

Salman is currently shooting for brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri's Bodyguard with co-star Kareena Kapoor. The film is nearing completion after a month long third schedule in Patiala. It is due for release on August 31.

In July, Salman will begin filming for his first project with Yash Raj Films (YRF), Ek Tha Tiger, with co-star Katrina Kaif. A week long schedule is reportedly planned in war torn Iraq with intense action scenes.

Katrina, who plays a deglam role in the film, will not be a part of the Iraq schedule.

The film will hit screens mid 2012.

Salman will simultaneously film for brother Sohail Khan's production - Sher Khan, a jungle adventure film planned in 3D. Sohail and YRF have mutually worked out a schedule that will allow Salman to work in both the projects simultaneously.

The above films are the only ones for which Salman has given dates.

Films in the pipeline include two sequels - brother Arbaaz Khan's Dabangg 2, likely to begin filming mid 2012; and Boney Kapoor's No Entry Mein Entry.

Anushka Sharma made a pretty picture in fade out skinny jeans, black leather jacket, and girly pink flats leaving for IIFA 2011 Toronto from Mumbai International Airport on Wednesday early morning hours, June 22.

The Band Baaja Baaraa star, Anushka is taking a break from filming for her third YRF film, Ladies vs. Ricky Bahl co-starring Ranveer Singh.

The 45-year-old Khan, who attended the presser with Chillar party team, is taking a break from filming Bodyguard in Patiala with co-star Kareena Kapoor.

In his die-hard charmingly humorous style, Salman said he is not much into gadgets but enjoys using his Blackberry for calling, messaging and tweets.

"I am not very gadget savvy, I just know how to message or call and delete messages. Deleting messages comes in very handy."

After dozens of false baby bump reports over the years, variously triggered by sumptuous dinners, lack of exercise or a ill fitting dresses, Aishwarya Rai has a bun in the oven for real, confirmed by none other than Pa-In-Law Amitabh Bachchan.

Aishwarya, 37, and Abhishek Bachchan, 35, who celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary this April, are expecting their first child together.

More recently, pregnancy rumors surfaced during her appearance at the Prix de Diane Longines at Hippodrome de Chantilly in France on June 12, where her two piece dress had a loose top and she was seen frequently covering her stomach with her hand.

Aishwarya is currently filming for Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine, which rolled on June 7 on a 45 day start-to-finish schedule.

Aishwarya, who has not signed any other film, may not be seen on the silver screen for a long time following the release of Heroine in February 2012.

Shah Rukh Khan dispelled reports that he will skip the IIFA Awards to be held in Toronto, Canada, from June 23 to June 25, because of a knee injury.

Shah Rukh, who returned to Mumbai Tuesday from a wrap up shoot for RA.One in Hyderabad, acknowledged his knee injury in a tweet this morning, but assured fans that he will still be performing at Toronto.

Ranveer Singh was spotted pursuing an unsuspecting girl in Lucknow, but don't flip out, he was just playing his role as conman Ricky Bahl on the set of Maneesh Sharma's Ladies vs Ricky Bahl.

Ranveer wore a bright turquoise Lucknavi embroidery kurta, slicked down side parted hair and thick mustache. His look of feigned innocence was perfectly rounded with a black tabeez.

Ladies vs Ricky Bahl started shooting in Lucknow on June 17.

In two stills released from the Lucknow shoot, Ricky is seen walking with a suitcase, his eyes set on his next victim, Lucknow resident Saira, played by Aditi Sharma.

The scene was shot at Lucknow's crowded Chowk market area.

According to the TOI, a Chowk resident named Ravindra Dayal has rented out his 110 year old heritage home to be used as Saira's clothes shop in the film.

The four-day schedule in the city includes shooting outside the Bara Imambara.

Anushka Sharma is not part of the schedule.

Ladies vs Ricky Bahl is a fun-filled "ROM-CON" where a smooth and charming conman, Ricky Bahl, cons girls for a living but finally meets his match.

Produced by Aditya Chopra, the film additionally stars Dipannita Sharma and Parineeti Chopra.

The film is scheduled for a December 9, 2011 theatrical release worldwide, the same weekend Band Baaja Baaraat released.

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor have rubbished a report in a national daily that the couple's four year old relationship has hit a rough patch, calling the report a figment of someone's imagination.

In a press statement issued through his publicist, Saif Ali Khan says, "Id like to reassure our fans and well wishers that all is well with Kareena and I."

"We are working hard but we always make time for each other. All these rumors are disturbing and untrue, especially when families are brought into it in such bad taste.

"I wouldn't like to say anymore except we are very happy together."

In an unsigned report this morning, the daily alleged that Kareena and Saif's busy schedule isn't leaving them with any time for each other. In the past, Kareena used to be the busier of the two and Saif would accompany her when she was shooting away from home. Lately, Saif too has become very busy with Aarakshan and Cocktail and has no time to accompany Kareena.

More insidiously, the daily suggests that Saif is financially stretched because of delays in his home production Agent Vinod and has issues with Kareena spending his money on her family!

"The news has deeply disturbed both the couple and their respective families," says a source. "They have always been open about their relationship and are alarmed with these rumors planted by sources with vested interests."

Krrish 2, headlining Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra, will start production in October and be ready to release in a year's time.

The film, produced by Filmkraft, Hrithik's home production, additionally stars Vivek Oberoi as a villain and Chitrangada Singh as a mutant.

The film was to roll in mid June, but Hrithik and Priyanka have been busy filming for Agneepath; Hrithik has also been promoting Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara; As a result, Krrish 2's start has been pushed back by four months.

"We're just waiting for the storyboard to be completed because when you make a film with special effects, you have to have all your frames sketched and approved on paper. Only then can they be executed inside the studio. Once that happens, the Krrish sequel will roll in October; wrap up in March and probably release next monsoon," Hrithik told HT.

Talking about Hrithik and Priyanka's look, Priyanka said, "This is a sequel and both Hrithik's character and mine, Krishna and Priya, will remain the same. But our looks will be different from the previous film. The setting will be contemporary, so our attire will be designed keeping that in mind."

Hrithik will play triple role in the film - father, son and grandson.

Hrithik reassures that Krrish 2 - like the earlier films from the franchise: Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish - will feature captivating music and dance.

"Krrish and Koi Mil Gaya (2003) had their scores and dances which didn't look out of place in the movie, but took the story forward. I guess that will be the case with this film too."

She will start shooting for the Tamil action thriller Vishwaroopam with co-star Kamal Haasan in July.

Rowdy Rathod

In August she will begin filming for Sanjay Leela Bhansali production Rowdy Rathod with co-star Akshay Kumar. The action thriller will be helmed by choreographer/director Prabhu Deva. The film is a remake of S.S. Rajamouli's Telugu 2006 film, Vikramarkudu, headlining Ravi Teja and Anushka Shetty. Teja plays a double role in the film - a small time thief and a cop.

Race 2

Abbas Mustan's multi starrer crime thriller Race 2 will begin filming in October. The film is a sequel to Race (2008). Anil Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan reprise their roles but the rest of the cast is new.

Kick

Shirish Kunder's remake of the similarly named South romance action film headlining Salman Khan. Filming will begin in January 2012. The film is a story of a man who loves challenges in life and does things to get a kick out of them. This will be Sonakshi's second film with Salman after her debut film Dabangg; Sonakshi says she will have more substantial role in Kick as compared to Dabangg.

Dabangg 2

The sequel to Dabangg that producer and director Arbaaz Khan says will bigger and better than the original will start filming early next year, taking the story forward.

Sonakshi is not part of Sajid Nadiadwala produced multistarrer Housefull 2 as has been widely reported.

Katrina Kaif looked sublime in a midriff baring two piece flamenco dress at a live concert to mark the launch of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara music at Nirmal Lifestyles Mall in Mulund, Mumbai on Saturday evening, June 11.

Katrina was joined by co-stars Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar, Abhay Deol and Kalki Koechlin as well as the music director trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy on the stage.

The 26-year-old star enthralled the audience cavorting to the Senorita track from the film, sung live on stage by the film's three headlining male stars, the original singers of the song.

Katrina was dressed in theme. She wore a black ruffled long skirt and a red polka dot knot front top.

A chunky red flower adorned her off center parted wavy hair. She wore fresh face makeup look.

Kalki, dressed in a mini dress featuring spiritual patterns, also joined the group to dance and joined Katrina for a photo op.

Hrithik had the time of his life dancing and singing. He wore a red and white plaid sleeveless collar shirt atop a white muscle tee, blue faded jeans and white sneakers.

Both Farhan and Abhay wore jeans and sports jackets atop their tees.

Sonakshi Sinha's first regional film, Tamil thriller Vishwaroopam headlining Kamal Haasan, will begin production in July in London.

Kamal Haasan will also direct the film, replacing original director Selvaraghavan, who is busy with another project and will not be available for another couple months.

Initially set to roll in March, the film's start date slipped to June. Haasan decided to wield the megaphone himself in order to preclude any further delays.

Hassan, 56, has also written the story, screenplay, dialogs and lyrics of the film.

He last directed the Tamil film Virumaandi in 2004.

Music for the film is being scored by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.

Haasan and the music trio earlier teamed for the 2000 Tamil film Aalavandhan, released in Hindi and Telugu with the title Abhay.

Vishwaroopam is being produced by Telephoto Films. It is scheduled to release on November 7 in three languages including Hindi and Telugu.

The film is budgeted at a whopping Rs 150 crore, the costliest Tamil film ever made.

Sonakshi, 24, will be seen wearing Western as well Indian dresses in the film. "I love to see myself in saris. I hope I get to wear lots," Sonakshi recently said.

Sonam Kapoor dropped jaws in a sparkling Atsu Sekhose number at the presser for the India International Jewellery Week (IIJW) at Hotel Grand Hyatt in Kalina, Mumbai on Monday, June 6.

Sonam, who turns 26 on June 9, was announced first ever brand ambassador for the IIJW.

She wore a floor length gown, a sequined long sleeve top, and a peplum jacket atop.
